Pamoja na kucheza pungufu zaidi ya dakika 45 za kipindi cha pili, timu ya Liverpool jana, ilifanikiwa kuibana Arsenal na kutoka nayo sare ya bao 1-1 kwenye mchezo mkali uliopigwa kwenye uwanja wa Anfield. Liverpool walipata pigo mapema kipindi cha kwanza baada ya winga wao Joe Cole kupewa kadi nyekundu kutokana na kumchezea rafu mbaya beki wa Arsenal Laurent Kosciely ambaye naye alipewa kadi ya pili ya njano dakika tisini ya mchezo baada ya kuunawa mpira uliopigwa na Fernando Torres. Katika mchezo huo, Liverpool ndiyo walikuwa wa kwanza kujipatia bao kupitia kwa David Ngog, ambaye alimalizia pasi safitoka kw akiungo Mascherano katika dakika ya 47 ya mchezo. Katika mchezo huo Arsenal walijipatia bao la kusawazisha kupitia kwa Mourine Chamakh ambaye alimalizia kazi nzuri iliyofanywa na Thomas Rosicky ambaye alipiga krosi safi langoni mwa Liverpool. |

Reina howler gifts Arsenal point Despite the lovely show displayed by Liverpool team against Arsenal in yesterday match, they failed to come with victory at the end of the match after goalkeeper Pepe Reina granted a silly goal to Arsenal in the last minutes. During the match we had seen Cole being red-carded for lunge on Laurent Koscielny before David Ngog’s drive put Liverpool ahead. The lead lasted until the last minute when Marouane Chamakh diverted a cross against the post and Reina spilled the rebound into his own net. Also later on Koscielny was then sent-off for a second bookable offence in injury time. Till end of the game Arsenal 1 Liverpool 1. |
